That is the assessment from trainer Symon Wilde, who is upbeat about Inn Keeper winning the 1100-metre race.
"Inn Keeper's got a good chance of winning again," the successful Warrnambool trainer said.
"He drops seven kilograms in weight from his last run at Cranbourne.
"I thought he was a bit unlucky at Cranbourne.
"He'll be better suited to Caulfield where he goes very well and he's got an excellent record over the 1100 metres.
"This race ticks a lot of boxes for him.
"Inn Keeper has been a very honest horse during his career and if he runs up to his best, he's a good each-way chance on Saturday."
Inn Keeper has won more than $300,000 in stakemoney from his 25 starts.
Promising Warrnambool filly Paul's Regret is chasing her second victory for Peter Chow in a fillies race over 1100 metres.
Paul's Regret has had no luck from her two runs back from a spell.
Chow has called on the services of top jockey Craig Williams to ride the filly in the $100,000 race at Caulfield.
Hostar, a stalemate of Paul's Regret, runs in a benchmark 84 race.
The lightly-raced Hostar scored a strong win over 1700 metres at his last outing.
Fellow Warrnambool trainer Lindsey Smith saddles up No Say It In and Wheal Leisure in the same race while another south-west trainer in Maddie Raymond has Pacodali running in a race over 2000 metres.
Price Range, Bartholomeu Dias, Charleise are among runners the strong Ciaron Maher-David Eustace stable has running on the nine-race Caulfield program.
