Senior Constable Scott Lenehan, of the Warrnambool police divisional response unit, said officers executed a warrant at a Mortlake Road address at 4.30am Friday.
Police members of the DRU, crime investigation unit detectives and Warrnambool uniform officers took part in the early morning raid.
They found small amounts of ice, speed and ecstasy as well as $365 in cash, a straight edge razor and drug paraphernalia, including digital scales and zip lock resealable plastic bags.
A 37-year-old man was arrested, interviewed and has now been charged with trafficking methamphetamine, amphetamine and MDMA, possession of all three drugs, possessing the proceeds of crime and possessing a weapon.
He was jailed for six months in January on charges including trafficking methamphetamine, but released three weeks ago due to time already served.
It's expected the new charges will, if proven, lead to his visa being reviewed by the Department of Immigration.
In January a Warrnambool court heard that the man had previously served 10 months in prison.
His then six-month sentence took him past the benchmark of 12 months' imprisonment, which was expected to prompt an immigration review and the possibility of him being deported back to New Zealand.
The man will appear in the Warrnambool Magistrates Court for a bail/remand hearing later on Friday.
