Acting Detective Sergeant Elissa Smith, of the Warrnambool-based police divisional response group, said a warrant was executed at a north Warrnambool address soon after 2pm on Wednesday.
It is understood to be the third car seized owned by an alleged drug ring.
Two motorbikes owned by the man have also been seized by police.
Police earlier this week told the city's magistrate's court Operation Abalone was launched in September last year by Warrnambool police to focus on the alleged drug related activities of the man.
The court was told a tap of the man's phone was approved by the Victorian Supreme Court in March this year.
The man was arrested about midnight on May 6 which led to police launching a series of about a dozen raids across Warrnambool and district and Hamilton.
In addition to the vehicles, police have also seized methamphetamine with a potential street value of more than $50,000, as well as ketamine, cannabis, cocaine and firearms.
In an industrial estate property raid 73 grams of ice and a large range of power tools were discovered.
Earlier this week police recovered $18,000 in cash and 20g of ice at an east Warrnambool address.
