"At the start of all this mum said to me 'you can either come out on top, where you were or come back further back'," he said.
"So that was a big incentive for me to come out of isolation above where I was and to also be above the others not doing anything or doing minimal work.
"I'm going to try and get the most of out of it as I can."

The talented goal keeper is currently dedicating seven to 10 hours a week to training at home as he waits the call for his training and games to return.
"At the moment I am riding my bike and running and I'm doing stuff in our home gym," the Hockey Victoria representative said.
"It's more agility work outside of the (goal keeping) gear, which I haven't put it on since February, for a few months and trying to improve a little bit outside of and it is helping."
The South West Eagles player is eager to get back into playing both in Warrnambool and across the state.
