That's the equation at Brierly-Christ Church after Jason Mungean announced a decision to reliniquish his coaching duties.
Bulls president Stephen Brooks said the club was hunting a new leader to work alongside division one skipper Matthew Love.
"We're not in a hurry," Brooks told The Standard.
"Last year with Jason being a farmer and Matt working nights there were plenty of people who were able to step in and take training.
Once (COVID-19) has settled down a bit we'll be able to meet some people.

"I think there's three past coaches of the club in the group."
Brooks said the club had a shortlist of candidates.
"It's just been a bit hard to sit down and actually talk to anyone with coronavirus," he said.
"All the discussions we've had have been over the phone. We've had a couple of responses on the Cricket Victoria website, guys from Melbourne.
"Once (COVID-19) has settled down a bit we'll be able to meet some people."
Brooks praised Mungean - the club's sole premiership-winning coach - for his efforts as coach.
"Jason's been tremendous," he said.
"He's worked really well with Matt and that allowed Jason to just go out on the field and worry about his game without worrying about the on-field coaching stuff.
"It's been good that we can leave (on-field) stuff to Matt with his experience."
Mungean told The Standard he'd retired after 35 years of senior cricket. He said the Bulls were a coaching dream.
"They actually get along as a really good bunch of mates, so they've been very easy to coach," he said.
"I'd encourage anyone to take on the job."
Numbers-wise, Brierly-Christ Church has never been stronger. Brooks said the club was flourishing.
"We've had plenty of numbers right through the grades," he said.
"We've rotated kids through to ensure they get time to bat and bowl.
"We don't chase players to play juniors at the club, they've just been rocking up to play. The club's going really well."
