MONTE Motorsport ace James McFadden capped off his stellar 2019-20 season by securing a final victory in Premier Speedway's Track Premiership.

McFadden was named champion after the final round of the season - the penultimate night of the Eureka Sprintcar Series - was called off due to coronavirus concerns last month.
McFadden, who won five A-mains including the 2020 Grand Annual Sprintcar Classic at the Allansford-based track this season, scored 1180 points to edge out Grant Anderson (1082).
Jye O'Keeffe amassed 938 points to finish in third. Local favourites Corey McCullagh and Peter Doukas rounded out the top five.

They were joined by Brett Milburn, Rusty Hickman, Jock Goodyer, John Vogels and Darren Mollenoyux in the top 10.
McFadden, who was expected to fly out to America this week but due to coronavirus is isolating in Warrnambool, was pleased to take out the win but hoped it was in different circumstances.
"I would have liked to race the last race but this situation is a little different than normal," he said.
"It was a good year for us in Warrnambool. We won five races so it was a solid year for us.
"I've always liked this track but makes it cooler that I live here now and the fans embrace it.
"In my opinion it's the best track in Australia and to be successful at home is also really cool."
