Place, who has led the Bulls for the past two seasons, said it was a no-brainer to go round again.
"The first couple of seasons have gone pretty nicely, there's no reason not to," the dairy farmer said.
"I live right next to the ground and I'm not going to play for anyone else."

The Bulls four-time division one premiership player is counting his lucky stars.
"It's been a dream job to get," he said.
"I've been pretty lucky in terms of the side I've played in."
He said his job had been made a lot easier because he was leading a strong team.
Place's goal for next season is to keep promoting youngsters.
He acknowledged many of his side's veteran stars weren't going to play forever.
"We'll try and get another one or two young guys into the side next season," he said.
"After 30 to 40 games, they start to have a real impact."
Place said he enjoyed helping young cricketers progress.
"I love seeing the younger guys do well," he said.
He said Tom Place was a great example of an improving youngster.
Place, who surpassed 200 top-grade matches last season, played his first senior match with the Bulls when he was 15.
The top-order batsman also led his team to a top-division Twenty20 premiership in 2018/19.
