The inaugural World eSeries Sprintcars trophy - an online video gaming initative - is up for grabs over three weekends in April and May.
The format will be similar to a regular one-heat round of World Series Sprintcars. Speedweek, Sunshine Swing and Western Swing competitions will determine the overall champion.

It will use eSports giant iRacing to host the event.
To encourage real-life teams to enter, the 10 contracted drivers from the 2019-20 event have been offered a complimentary nomination to the eSports event.
The Standard understands the contracted teams will have the choice of running with their real-life driver or hiring a gaming specialist to take the wheel.
Speedway Australia chief executive Greg Lynd said the initiative was exciting for fans of the sport.
