A Terang man has been remanded in custody charged over an alleged aggravated burglary that left a victim with minor injuries to the body and face.

Detective Senior Constable Wayne Ryan, of the Warrnambool police crime investigation unit, said police received reports of an aggravated burglary at a property in Terang's McKinnon Street about 10.30am on Monday.
He said the alleged offender forced open the front door of the property and demanded the victim's car keys, which was denied.
The accused allegedly struck the victim to the body and face numerous times, causing abrasions and bruising.
"The accused has then picked up a pencil case containing $650 cash and left," Detective Senior Constable Ryan said.
The victim did not require medical assistance.
Detective Senior Constable Ryan said a 27-year-old Terang man was arrested in relation to the offending in Camperdown on Tuesday afternoon.
He was conveyed to Warrnambool police station, interviewed and charged with aggravated burglary and assault and theft-related offences.
The man was remanded in the police station cells overnight.
He did not apply for bail and as remanded in custody to appear in Warrnambool Magistrates Court on April 20.
