The Cats, which finished sixth last year, have added cousins Tyler Mungean and Mitchell Gristede from Hampden league club Camperdown.
Mungean played 14 matches for the Magpies' reserves side last year while Gristede registered 16 games.
"He'll play in our back line," Price said of Mungean.
Gristede is likely to play at the other end as a forward flank or deep forward.

Meanwhile, Jarrah Langdon and Ashley McLachlan have returned to the club after playing with North Warrnambool Eagles' reserves team.
Langdon was part of the Eagles side that finished runner-up to Koroit in the Hampden league reserves in 2019.
Price said Langdon, who is likely to play wing or on a flank, would provide great support for his young group.
"He's very strong-bodied, a powerful body," he said.
Langdon said he had returned to the club to play with some long-time friends.
He said he had gained plenty from his experience at the Eagles.
The former Cat is looking forward to playing with the group again.
"They seem to have a good young group and plenty of enthusiasm," he said.
Meanwhile, McLachlan will add to the Cats' spine.
He's a key-position player that could slot in at centre half-forward, centre half-back or ruck.
Price believes the pair benefited from their stint at North Warrnambool Eagles under coaches such as Adam Dowie.
While the Cats have gained four Hampden league players they have lost a couple of important senior players.
Assistant coach Nicholas Johnstone and Matthew Lenehan will play with South West District league club, Heywood, this season.
Price said Allansford had "worked fairly heavily on our fitness base" this pre-season.
The group put in six weeks prior to Christmas and has had consistent numbers since returning in mid-January.
The Cats mentor said the team was clear on the brand it wanted to play this season.
"We'll be similar to last year, with an emphasis on being able to move the ball quickly," he said.
"We've tried to coach to maintain possession and to identify opportunities to attack."
Price said he was also excited by the fact the club had plenty of junior players in contention for senior selection.
The Cats had a hit-out against Colac and District league side Simpson in the past fortnight.
They'll have another practice match against Heywood ahead of round one.
Allansford faces 2019 runner-up Nirranda in the opening round on Saturday March 28.
Brenton Webster, a key forward, is hoping to return to the field this season after two knee reconstructions.
