And Warrnambool youngster Grace Kelly can say she's achieved that milestone at the Victorian Track and Field Championships.
Kelly won the under 15 girls 100m last weekend and backed it up with victory in the 200m on Sunday.
She did the same last year.
The teenager blitzed the competition in the 200m, crossing the line in 25.83 seconds at the Duncan Mackinnon track in Murrumbeena.
She was aiming to break 26 seconds.
