The annual charity night held last weekend at the Liebig Street summer pop-up bar raised $6448 for Warrnambool and District Food Share.
It smashed bar manager Paddy O'Brien's initial target of $5000, bringing the bar's total philanthropic donation to south-west charities to more than $30,000 since 2013.
Mr O'Brien said he was stoked with the result.
"We had about 500 (people) through the door and pretty much all of those people donated more than $10. We had $20, $50 and even a couple of $100 notes," he said.
"Usually we just do door donations but we had Tania Wilcox (from Warrnambool Food Share) who would have shook down everyone in a 10-kilometre radius of Warrnambool which was great."
Mr O'Brien said he noticed a "really diverse age group" attend throughout the night.
"That's our aim at the bar which was nice. The Laneway Eats also went really well and we had donations from some of the staff and musicians too," he said.
"We would just like to say thanks for the support from the community, particularly the youth of Warrnambool who have showed they care about making a difference in their community."
The final summer event will be held at the Warrnambool Laneway Bar on Friday.
This week's lineup includes Cooper Lower, Monty Cole and Gub Music.
Mr O'Brien said it would be "bittersweet" seeing the bar close for another summer.
"It's a lot of fun but also a lot of work," he said.
