Skipton police Senior Constable Craig Walker has helped organise the clash which will start at 10.30am at the Skipton Recreation Reserve.
He said a barbecue lunch would be available and a giant raffle with prizes including a food hamper, donations from local agriculture companies and some much sought-after memorabilia from the Geelong AFL team.
Senior Constable Walker said donation could also be made to the cause at the Skipton or Camperdown police stations.
"We might be a player or two short, so if you are keen for a hit, bowl, field, sledge (ladies or gentlemen cricketers), please contact the Skipton police station on 53402001," he said.
