Jessica Wilson, of Princes Highway, Port Fairy, was charged with murder after a man suffered a knife wound and died at Port Fairy during the early hours of September 18 last year.
Ms Wilson faced Warrnambool Magistrates Court on Friday where her one-day committal hearing was set down for April 30.
A previous court hearing heard Ms Wilson was withdrawing from methamphetamine and was taking chronic pain relief medication Suboxone following a serious car accident.
She has been in custody since her arrest in September last year.
