Nicole Dwyer has been named citizen of the year, Mortlake's Jackson Boyden the young citizen of the year and the Port Fairy Winter Weekends the community event of the year.
The official Australia Day service will be held on Fiddler's Green from 9.30am, with businessman Michael Steel the Australia Day Ambassador and guest speaker.
Mrs Dwyer has been a prominent member of the Port Fairy surf life saving and football netball clubs, and is also a founding member and board member of the Port Fairy and District Community Bank.
Mr Boyden is a member of the Moyne Shire Youth Council and the Mortlake and Community Development Committee.
The Port Fairy Winter Weekends hosts close to 150 events over four weekends throughout June and July, helping stimulate the town's economy during the off-peak visitor season.
The Australia Day service will also include a citizenship ceremony for 20 people from the United Kingdom, the Phillipines, South Africa, Germany and Canada.
Michelle Arnold will carry on a very special family tradition on Australia Day.
The Port Fairy Sea Scouts leader and Moyne Health Services' employee has been announced as the 2020 winner of the James O'Neill Community Service Award.
The Port Fairy Belfast Lions Club award will be presented to Ms Arnold at the Australia Day award service at Fiddler's Green on Sunday.
Ms Arnold's father, David, is a past winner of the award.
"It's a big honour to win this award and it's even more special given dad won it as well," Ms Arnold said.
"He used to drive the community bus and I used to go along and help him out when I was younger so that is how I got into the work I do.
"I also got the chance to see that it's a good thing to do what you can to help out in the community."
Ms Arnold has been a leader of the sea scouts for 20 years.
Port Fairy Belfast Lions Club member Keith Gibson said Ms Arnold was a worthy winner.
"Whether it be with the scouts or through her job at Moyne Health, Michelle always goes beyond the call, she is an outstanding community member," Mr Gibson said.
"The James O'Neill award is all about honouring quiet achievers in the community and Michelle fits into that category perfectly."
The Lions club will host a community breakfast on Sunday and will include its James O'Neill award presentation in the Moyne Shire Council Australia Day ceremony.
The community breakfast begins at 8am.
