Five players - led by Aidan Forsyth, Flynn Wilkinson and Harry Schrama - posted double figures as Blue stormed to a 35-run win over Wimmera Mallee on Thursday.
The result booked an Under 15 Country Week grand final bout with Horsham on Friday.
Warrnambool Blue mentor Ben Powell said his side was learning to build partnerships at the top of the order.
"The batting was work was great on Thursday. The boys started off brilliantly," he said.

"Aidan Forsyth, one of our little fellas, and Flynn Wilkinson really set up a platform for us.
"We were really keen to set a target to defend and to be none down at drinks let us play well. We had a target to be about 100 with 10 overs to go and we were.
"We went for about a run a ball after that and had some good contributors."
Powell said his players were "cooked" after the victory - the mercury soared to 36 degrees - but were recovering well.

"They'll hopefully play a good game. They've done a brilliant job to get through and they've done the association proud."
Elsewhere, Warrnambool Gold also secured a victory but it wasn't enough to advance to the final.
Gold reached Hamilton's 121-run total in just 21 overs.
Allansford's Noah Greene top-scored, blasting 71 runs to help Warrnambool secure the triumph.
