The Eagles, who finished season 2019 as runners-up to Koroit, will play seven games at their spiritual home Bushfield Recreation Reserve but will also play three matches, including two 'home' fixtures, at Reid Oval next year.
Hampden league committee member Bernie Harris confirmed the Eagles applied for more games at the ground, which the league was "happy to accommodate".
Adam Dowie's senior footballers and Jaime Barr's open netballers will play Hamilton Kangaroos (round seven) and Camperdown (round 13).
The Eagles will play an away game to Warrnambool in round 12 at the home of football.
The Blues, who are tenants at the ground, are the only other side to play there more at the Reid with nine.
The season starts with all 10 clubs participating in a 'Super Saturday' involving all football-netball grades on April 4.
Juniors which normally play on Sundays will play on the Saturday as part of the opening round.
The league will again have three byes - the first on Easter Saturday, the second on Queen's Birthday weekend and a final one on July 4.
Harris said the second scheduled week off, which was originally reserved for interleague, was still a vital break for the competition's players and staff.
"At that time of year, it gives people a couple of days to get away," he said.
"We felt having a break there was the best fit for the fixture as well."

Harris, a former Fitzroy, Brisbane Bears and St Kilda player, said the Hampden league board was pleased with the fixture.
He said the board had spoken to clubs in detail prior to producing the fixture.
"A hell of a lot of work goes into it because you're trying to make it a very even draw," Harris said.
"Everybody has to play everybody home and away and it's harder with requests from clubs.
"It's easy to do in the early rounds but it becomes harder as it goes along."
With Anzac Day falling on a Saturday all clubs will be playing on the significant day.
Reigning premiers Koroit will this year host South Warrnambool at Victoria Park for their annual Good Friday match.
The Eagles and Saints will face off for the first time since the 2019 grand final in round five at Bushfield.
"We've seen the draw and we think it's a good one," Harris said.
"It'll come around very fast from now."
The grand final is locked for September 19.
