The 58-year-old secured her third female club championship and her second in succession last week.
It was quite surprising but its a really great achievement, Dosser said of her latest win.
I didnt (think I could win it twice in a row) as anything can happen on the day so I just had a good day of bowls and was fairly consistent and got over the top of the opposition.
The former Benalla and current City Memorial bowls club general manager, who moved to the city five years ago, limits her appearances for City to Saturday pennant and club championship events.
Dosser, who has been playing bowls for over 15 years, played in Citys Western District Bowls Division top-grade pennant-winning side last season.

She has again cemented her spot in the club's top division for Saturday pennant, playing under skipper David Wells.
I like the competition and I love the team play, Dosser said of why she continues to play the sport.
The long-time bowler was a big fan of the clubs covered greens.
Its fantastic and we now dont have to worry about cancelling events because of the weather, she said.
And also its great because its out of the wind as well its a different type of bowls here too because it is so sheltered.
It does make it hard when you have to go and play at other clubs in the weather elements but we are really happy with the way it has come up, it looks amazing and it has brought a lot more business to the club, which is what we were after.
Dosser said players didnt need to adjust their styles as the new green makes it bowling easier without the elements.
