It has lost just one match across the 17-week season with captain Jodie O'Keefe, Neil O'Malley and Ken Jones, in his first season for the club, playing crucial roles.
Cally Rock will play a City Memorial team featuring Australian representative Justin Allen, captain Gavin O'Leary and long-time lawn bowler Kevin McMahon.
O'Keefe, who has played pool since 1993 and is Cally Rock's long-time leader, said his side went in "slightly confident".
"We have probably won four out of the last five grand finals so we've got a pretty solid side which has been pretty consistent," he said.
The Winslow-based O'Keefe credited "a pretty even team effort" for getting for Cally Rock's strong season.
The division one grand final, which pits the best two sides from a 10-team competition against each other, coincides with the division two decider.
Warrnambool C's, which finished the regular season in second spot, and Royal Rafferty's, which was third, will go head-to-head.
The grand finals will start at 2pm on Sunday at City Memorial Bowls Club. Practice is from 1.30pm.
