Organiser Sandra Lee Ludeman said the Baptist Church Car Boot fundraising sale would take over the car park with a wide range of goods on offer.
"People are coming with whatever they want to sell out of their car boot," Mrs Ludeman said.
"There will also be a silent art auction, sausage sizzle, coffee and cake available, and Maurice Martin will be busking."
Money raised will fund projects in the Philippines being done by a group from the church in January.
"We are travelling to a remote island called Palawan, to do practical help around a village school," Mrs Ludeman said.
"They have about 100 students, and another school further along the river with a handful more.
"There are plans to help install a roof, and fit solar panels to run a fridge and freezer.
"We will do anything they need us to do."
People who want to fill a boot and join in the sale should email mattjellie75@gmail.com to arrange a space.
The Naringal Baptist Church Car Boot Sale starts at 10am on Saturday, on the Cobden-Warrnambool Road.
