The recruiting coup includes of one of the most decorated players in the south-west, Isaac Templeton.
Templeton won six premierships with Hamdpen league juggernaut Koroit before switching to Warrnambool and District league outfit Nirranda in 2018.
The midfielder added another premiership medal as the Blues won the 2018 flag.
Templeton will be joined by recruits James Templeton (Caramut), Will Templeton (Nirranda), James Coghlan-West (Caramut) and Will Paulin (Nirranda).

Playing coach Damo Pemberton said it was a huge coup for the club.
"It's hard to get players to a small town," he said.
"And to actually get those names like Isaac to bush footy, it's great not only for our club but for the league.
"It makes the competition a lot stronger."
The Tigers, who lost an elimination final to Tatyoon, are hoping to build on their fifth-place finish next season.
"I think they'll give us that extra depth to go further in finals," Pemberton said.
The Tigers mentor said he looked forward to learning from Templeton.
"I'll definitely be picking his brain," he said.
"He's played under some great coaches."
Pemberton, who has captained Camperdown, said he remembered trying to keep up with Templeton in the Hampden league.
He said he was glad to be playing alongside the two-time Maskell Medal winner next year.
The Tigers leader added it was a bonus Templeton had brought family members - James and Will - to the club with him.
Pemberton said Templeton and Paulin - a star midfielder in Nirranda's grand final team this year - would add to the Tigers' strong midfield.
"He'll slot in and be a hard match-up in our comp," Pemberton said of Paulin.
James Templeton and James Coghlan-West can also run through the midfield.
Pemberton, who is approaching his third season as coach, said Will Templeton would be handy in the Tigers' forward line.
Pemberton said it was hard for the Tigers to maintain a senior side given they don't have an under 16.5 team.
The playing coach said he had a core group of players who had played with the club for numerous years, meaning its player points had decreased.
