Singer Tonia Wilcox said the intimate and uplifting performance would include a range of tradition, modern and African gospel music.
"Singing for us is about the enjoyment of the music," Wilcox said.
"There is a complete richness and passion you get from gospel music.
"The F-Project space is our home and it is a beautiful, artistic space for us to make music."
Wilcox said the choir is hoping to share something of themselves, after months of hard work in rehearsing and perfecting their material.
"We haven't performed a lot recently, so this is a chance to give something to people and perform in a space we love," she said.
"When we sing, it's all about the blend and all about what's best for the group.
"We are trying to create a wonderful blend and harmonised sound."
Choir member Des Bunyon said the group was looking to bringing their vocal harmonies to the public.
"We approach every rehearsal and try to be as professional as we can," Bunyon said.
"Choir leader Liz Jackaway keeps everybody on their toes and expects the best we can give.
"It is more about the sound of the music, it doesn't matter if you are religious or not, the beautiful harmony structures.
"We have a great range of songs, primarily gospel or gospel-influenced, and when we all come together and hit the right chord it will make the hair stand up on your arm."
The Resonators will perform at the F Project Gallery on Timor Street from 2.30pm on Sunday. Proceeds from the event will be donated to the Warrnambool Foodshare Christmas Appeal.
