The a cappella singing group was started by Jeanette Hajncl to perform more complex music, including choral songs with four-part harmonies.
Choir member Chris Cussens said the group will select their favourite pieces from the 100-strong repertoire developed over the last 10 years.
"It's mostly classical and early music but there is some more modern pieces," Mrs Cussens said.
"Members are invited to submit music if there is a piece we would really like to sing.
"This show will have songs like Amazing Grace, Dance of the Sugarplum Fairy and The First Noel set to Pachelbel's Canon, and we always finish our show with the Irish Blessing."
The 10th anniversary concert will commence at 2.30pm and run over two 30 minute sets. Afternoon tea will be served at the end of the second set.
Money raised from ticket sales will be donated to the Warrnambool Special Development School to help purchase musical instruments.
