Grassmere's Barry Shalders reigned supreme at this year's Warrnambool Show sheep competition.

Mr Shalders dominated in the South Suffolk Feature Breed section, taking out all the major awards from the four studs competing.
His ram took out the South Suffolk Champion Ram, Feature Breed Sheep, Short Wool Sheep & overall Kevin Ludeman Memorial All Breeds Sheep of the Show.
Chief sheep steward Peter McDonald said despite the inclement weather outside, the sheep pavillion the competition was hotly contested inside.
He said there were 17 exhibitors and 100 entries over the nine breeds represented.
Mr McDonald said a highlight of this year's show was the increased support in the Long Wool section with the return of Border Leicester, Corriedale and Lincoln breeds.
The competition saw exhibitors from Grassmere, Byaduk, Britt Britt and Seymore.
Judges on the day included Marilyn Stevens (feature breed), Andy Beard (long wool) and David Jackson (short wool).

- Champion Ram, Ewe & Group: Wright "Pebblerstone" Macclesfield SA.
CHEVIOT
- Champion Ram, Ewe & Group: Wilkinson "Wirreanda" Wangoom.
CORRIEDALE
- Champion Ram, Ewe & Group: Heffernan "Silver Hill" Terang.
ENGLISH LEICESTER
- Champion Ram, Ewe & Group: Taylor " Koenarl" Timboon.
LINCOLN
- Champion Ram & Ewe: Christie "Garvald" Byaduk.
POLL DORSET
- Champion Ram: Wilkinson "Bright Side" Purnim.
ROMNEY
- Champion Ram, Ewe & Brewer Memorial: McDonald & Brooks "Grassbank" Grassmere.
- Group: Bligh "Killmery" Grassmere.
SOUTHDOWN
- Champion Ram: Nagorcka "Nedelle Downs" Hawkesdale.
- Champion Ewe & Group: Thomas "Silk" Cavendish.
