The 17-year-old scored a silver in the high jump and a bronze in the 4x100 metre relay to go with her medals in the high jump, triple jump and relay from the 2017 edition of the games.

Sharp said she was pleased to come away with two new medals for her collection but was disappointed she couldn't put her best foot forward in her final day of competition.

"I am very happy but for the high jump I wish I wasn't as tired," she said.

"I was very tired and the winner ended up jumping 1.52 (metres) and I jumped 1.46 but when I got to 1.40 I was knackered and was thinking of stopping then anyway.

"I feel I could have done better if my whole body wasn't tired."

Sharp's previous days of competition had seen her break the Australian record in the long jump and the triple jump and finish eighth in the 200 metres.

She just missed two more podium finishes with a fourth place in both the long jump and triple jump but she was pleased to beat her personal bests in both competitions.

In the 200 metres she also collected a personal best but missed the Australian record on her way to an eighth-place finish.

The Eureka Athletics Club will now turn her focus to preparing for the Victorian All School Championships, which begin this weekend at Melbourne's Lakeside Stadium, with coach Jeremy Dixon.

Sharp said her focus at training was beginning to shift as she chases an A qualifier for next year's Tokyo Olympics.

"This week I will compete in the 100 at All Schools and the weekend after I'm in the long jump and the 200," she said.

"From now on I will be focusing on the long jump and do the occasional 100 for some speed work but my focus is solely on long jump."
