The 35-year-old fired a one-under round of 71 to finish the tournament at four under the card tied for 43rd.
His previously hit rounds of 72, 69 and 72 to start the final day at three-under par and in the hunt for a top 25 finish.
Leishman, who started his round from the 10th hole, shot one bogey (15th) and a birdie (16th) on his first nine holes of the day.

He then fired two straight bogeys to start his final nine holes of the tournament.
He returned to a positive score after firing consecutive birdies on the sixth and seventh before finishing with another on his final hole.
American Justin Thomas took the win by one shot from New Zealand's Danny Lee.
