WRC chairman Nick Rule announced at the club's annual general meeting on Thursday that Michael McCluskey was unsuccessful in his bid to gain a spot on the committee.
"I thank Michael for putting his hand up," Rule said.
"It's always difficult when there is an election. We had three vacancies and four people nominated so someone had to miss out and it was Michael.
"The club encourages any member to put their hand up when a committee vacancy occurs. I congratulate Frank and Laurisa for being elected by the members.
"They have both been very successful in their business careers and bring plenty of great attributes to the committee table.
"It's also great that Tamara has been voted back for another term."

Long-serving committeeman Des Roberts, who was the club's chairman from 2011 to 2016, stood down at Thursday's annual general meeting.
"I must acknowledge the work of Des in his time on the committee," Rule said.
"Des has been a passionate committee member.
"He had a real passion for jumps racing and that passion helped the club through tough times when jumps racing was under threat.
The club and its members should be indebted for his efforts over so many years."
