The Western Region will be sending open, 17 and under and 15 and under teams as well as umpires to the round-robin tournament in Melbourne.
Western Region state titles officer Marg Morgan said it was an important part of the netball talent pathway.
"State selectors and TID (talent identification) will be there," she said.
Morgan said players could get selected for the Victorian team to play at nationals.
She said players could also push their case for a spot in the Victorian Netball League.
Morgan noted that two or three south-west netballers had been approached to trial for the VNL after impressing at the tournament in previous years.
Some of the biggest names in the Hampden league and Warrnambool and District league will team up in the open grade.

Nirranda coach and goalie Steph Townsend will play alongside Terang Mortlake's Melissa Burt.
Old Collegians' young guns Chelsea Quinn and Maggie Kline are also in the side.
Cobden coach Mel Starr will mentor the top grade team.
Meanwhile, Old Collegians co-coach Meagan Forth will lead the 15 and under side while Warrnambool coach Raewyn Poumako has the 17 and under group.
Poumako will also have the unique opportunity to have a high-level coaching mentor for the weekend.
Morgan said the mentor would provide Poumako with feedback throughout the tournament.
Teams were selected after two training sessions in June.
Morgan said it was a thorough selection process.
"It's taken very seriously," she said.
Morgan added the Western Region had been sending teams to the state titles for more than 30 years.
The region usually sends an all-abilities side but the team had to withdraw with female players unavailable.
