AFL Western District confirmed on Monday Koroit pair Damian O'Connor and Ben Dobson were under review for two separate incidents against North Warrnambool Eagles on September 21.
North Warrnambool Eagles asked for the probes.
O'Connor, who retired after earning a best-on-ground medal in the Saints' three-point win, is under the microscope for an alleged strike on boom Eagles recruit Michael Barlow in the second quarter.
Dobson, who returned to Koroit in 2019 after stints in the VFL and Geelong league, is being investigated for a third-quarter clash involving Maskell Medal runner-up Sam McLachlan.
Koroit won a thrilling grand final on its way to a league record six consecutive premierships.
