The Koroit midfielder is hoping to add a reserves' premiership gong to the Lew Kelly Medal he gained on Sunday.
Bell, who notched 21 votes to edge out North Warrnambool Eagles' Lewis Holland, described the reserves' best and fairest award as "overwhelming".
"It's a bit crazy and overwhelming actually. You don't play for the individual award, you play for the team," he said.
Bell revealed Koroit's reserves were determined to make amends for a preliminary final exit last season.
"I'm very excited. There's probably a few sleepless nights coming up but we'll see how we go," he told The Standard.
"We have a couple of senior premiership players in our side and they'll be big for us if we get over the line.
"We'll focus hard and train hard this week and just go for it."
