It was a day to remember for Koroit (senior football) and Cobden (open netball) who advanced to the 2019 grand finals.

The Saints kept the Eagles goalless until midway through the third quarter on their way to a convincing 58-point win.

They will now enjoy a week off before playing for their sixth straight premiership.

It was a closer battle in the netball with Cobden edging out Warrnambool by two goals in a topsy-turvy contest.

The Bombers will now get the chance to avenge their 2018 grand final defeat.

For the two losing teams - the Eagles and the Blues - it's time to turn their attention to the preliminary final next Saturday.
