The Seagulls have reappointed coach Rhiannon Cuomo to lead the charge.
Cuomo, who will coach the Gardens Oval-based club for a second season, said adding to the goal circle was in Port Fairy's pre-season planning.
Port Fairy, which finished eighth, had the lowest goals for tally in 2019 with 554 - a whopping 431 behind top-placed Cobden.
But the Seagulls' defence, with power duo Sarah Moroney and Carly Watson proving a force, helped them produce a competition-best 633 goals against.

Cuomo said Port Fairy was hopeful of regaining consistent goal attack Emily Forrest next season which would boost their scoring prowess.
"We had our challenges in attack at the end of this year with Chelsea (McMahon) doing her ACL and unavailability with players," she said.
"We had players step up from division one who did well but moving into next year we're looking to increase our presence in the goal circle.
"Emily Forrest will be back from overseas so we'll hopefully have her on board.
"If we add an extra couple of people it will put us in good stead."
Cuomo, who also spent three seasons as coach at Warrnambool and District league club Russells Creek, said netball gave her an outlet from her role with Victoria Police.
The Koroit-based Cuomo works in Warrnambool.
"I do enjoy coaching and playing - as long as my body holds up," the 36-year-old said.
"I am in a role (with the police force) which deals with youth specifically and it's more of a Monday to Friday role at the moment (which helps with netball commitments) and it will be the same for next year."
