Four people have nominated for three vacancies.
Sitting member Tamara Mahoney has put her hand up to retain her spot while Frank McCarthy, Michael McCluskey and Laurisa Walther have thrown their hats into the ring to fill one of the three vacant committee positions.
Long-serving committeeman Des Roberts, who was chairman from 2011 to 2016, will stand down from his role at the club's annual general meeting on October 17.
Warrnambool Racing Club chairman Nick Role acknowledged Roberts' deeds on the committee.
"Des has been a passionate committee member," Rule said.
"His passion for jumps racing helped the club through tough times when jumps racing was under threat.
"The club and its members should be indebted for his efforts over so many years."
Postal vote forms will be mailed out to more than 1700 Warrnambool Racing Club members within the next two weeks for them to submit their choices.
