Defender Dylan Gunning (overseas), his younger brother Lochie Gunning and Sam McCartney, who overcame injuries, played their parts in the Seagulls' 17.13 (115) to 8.7 (55) final round victory.
Seagulls assistant coach Winis Imbi said the older Gunning and McCartney were effective in defence and 'Junior' Gunning was pesky in attack.
"Junior's intent was sensational right from the start," he said.
Midfielder Kaine Mercovich (rested) and ruckman Sandy Robinson (illness) also "didn't miss a beat" after having a week off.
Imbi said he was rapt with its response after a poor showing against Koroit the previous week.
"There were a lot of individual lessons, a lot of line lessons and a lot of team lessons and to the boys' credit we achieved what we talked about," he said.
Port Fairy, which finished fourth with 12 wins and six losses, will play South Warrnambool in an elimination final next Sunday.
