Acting Sergeant Elissa Smith, of the Warrnambool police divisional response tasking unit, said search warrants were executed at three properties across Warrnambool on Thursday.
A Fleetwood Court property was raided about 6.45am and police seized quantities of methamphetamine, MDMA, prescription medication Suboxone and $1260 cash.
Peta Lynch, 47, of Fleetwood Court, was arrested and charged with drug trafficking and possession and bail offences.
She unsuccessfully applied for bail in the Warrnambool Magistrates Court late Thursday afternoon.
She told the court she needed to be released from custody in order to pick up a child from school camp.
But magistrate Tim Walsh said it was extremely concerning that a child was living in a house where a high volume of drugs was located. He remanded Ms Lynch in custody until September 23.
In Menzies Street, Simone Proctor, 40, was arrested after police uncovered 10 grams of methamphetamine and several empty deal bags at her home.
The drugs have an estimated street value of about $1500.
Ms Proctor successfully applied for bail and will appear in court again on November 11.
Darren Chatfield, 32, of Hibiscus Avenue, was also arrested after stolen goods were recovered at the Menzies Street property.
Police allege he broke into a Warrnambool home overnight on Monday and stole items, including a mobile phone, while the occupant was sleeping.
Mr Chatfield appeared in court charged with aggravated burglary, criminal damage, theft and breaching a court order.
He made no application for bail and was remanded in custody until September 23. The court heard he was withdrawing from methamphetamine and was suffering medical issues following a surgical procedure.
Meanwhile, a third raid at a property in West Warrnambool ended in the arrest of a 17-year-old female. She was charged with possessing cannabis and bailed to appear in a children's court at a later date.
