The premiership Saint hurt his ankle in the Saints' 16.6 (102) to 8.7 (55) win against Port Fairy at Victoria Park on Saturday.
But Koroit coach Chris McLaren said Gow had received a positive diagnosis.
"He was pretty sore on Sunday but given he's (based) in Geelong he was able to get to VFL club physios," he said.
"He's walking around fine this week. There was no need for x-rays and no concerns."

Koroit, striving for a sixth consecutive premiership, can't slip lower than third spot and is assured a double chance come finals.
McLaren said the second-placed Saints would take a cautious approach with Gow with just one home and away round to play.
"He'd probably be a chance to play this week but he probably won't," he said.
"Given we're about to hit finals, we want to make sure he's 100 per cent.
"I think anyone who can benefit from a week off, we'll give a week off, but most guys on the eve of finals want to keep playing."
Koroit's injury list has shrunk in recent weeks.
Gow and fellow midfielder Tom Couch (broken ribs and bruised kidneys) are the only Saints battling complaints.
"The last few weeks we've been relatively close to full strength and that shows in the way we played on the weekend - it was one of our best games of the year," McLaren said.
Koroit travels to play Terang Mortlake, in what will be coach Michael Sargeant's last game in charge, on Saturday.
Port Fairy, which will finish in fourth spot, hosts Hamilton Kangaroos at Gardens Oval.
