The second-year coach led the club's 14 and 16 and under sides to the Hampden league junior deciders last season, where both ultimately fell short at the final hurdle.
But Bridge, whose premiership dreams with Russells Creek's B grade side in the Warrnambool and District league were dashed last weekend, feels this season has shaped up differently.
"They are all working well as a team and they have really clicked," she said.
"There is no individual standouts, which is why they have come so far because they aren't relying on anyone but working as a team.
"For the 16s it's been hard because they have had so many byes and girls away and we haven't had a full team until later in the season but they have clicked since having everyone there.
"The 14s have had a solid team for the whole season and have only had one loss to Koroit early in the season and they have been playing good netball the whole season."
The Hawks' 16 and under team will face Warrnambool, a side it has only beaten once in three games this year, in their decider on Sunday.

The 14 and under side is set to battle Koroit, a team it has overcome twice in the past month, for a slice of premiership success.
South Warrnambool claimed a double victory over the Hawks in both grand finals last season.
Bridge, who coaches daughters Kiara and Tahlee in the under 16s and 14s at Hawks, said the disappointment of last season would not be a key driver in this weekend's deciders.
"I think it the loss last year will push the ones that missed out but I think sticking together and remembering what we are working on will help them," she said.
"Some of them weren't there last year and they are two new teams so I don't think it (the past) will effect them. They all get along well and all want to win."
The games start at DC Farran Oval on Sunday at 12pm and 1.15pm. The Hawks' 12 and under side starts at 11am.
