The choir is the first act named for 2020 festival on the weekend of March 6-9.
This will be the third year the choir has been on the festival bill and follows a performance from the group on the national television Australia's Got Talent show on Sunday night.
The festival features a number of Port Fairy and Koroit residents and is led by regular Port Fairy Folk Festival performer Tom Richardson.
While the choir has been confirmed for 2020, more acts will be named on Monday. Tickets to the festival go on sale on September 2.
