Nine rooms have been refurbished in the last year with another 16 to be done over the next nine months at the aged-care facility.
Moyne Health Services project manager Peter O'Keeffe said the refurbishment of each room had included en-suite upgrades.
Work in the en-suites includes new tiling, fixtures and fittings, as well as making the rooms bigger.
The installation of air conditioning in each room is also part of the refurbishment project.
All bedrooms have new flooring and feature walls, while residents have received a taste of new technology with smart TVs in place.
Mr O'Keeffe said the works have been well received by residents and their families.
"We are really happy with how its gone," Mr O'Keeffe said,
"It certainly is a positive for our residents and also for staff and Moyneyana House as a whole."
