The fourth-ranked Warriors thrashed the Bombers 24.15 (159) to 3.7 (25) at Davidson oval.
It was their nine-goal first quarter which set the tone.
"That first quarter was the best we've moved the footy all year," Sheehan said.

He said his Warriors wavered in the second and third quarter but returned to their best in the final term.
Now Sheehan wants a four-quarter performance from his men.
They'll have two opportunities to get it right before finals.
It's Allansford on Saturday and Russells Creek in round 18.
Sheehan said that from the start of the season he has believed his group can match it with any team.
Warrior Michael Darmody, who kicked nine goals, put on a clinic in his return game.
Teammate Rick Dolphin wasn't far behind with five majors.
Young ruckman Connor Barby, who clashed heads with an opponent just before half-time, left the game with concussion.
"We'll monitor that and see how he comes up," Sheehan said.
East Warrnambool's Jyran Chatfield kick two goals and featured in his team's best.
The Bombers face Dennington on Saturday.
