Nick Kelson, from Merri Bank Market Gardens, has moved his produce stall from the Warrnambool Community Garden Market into the courtyard at The Dart and Marlin bar over winter.
"The community garden site gets too muddy over winter, so it is more suitable here (at The Dart and Marlin)," Mr Kelson said.
"Dave mentioned a few months ago that there might be an option to do something out here and the space seemed to suit it.
"We are getting a few people through, we have a good customer base, and we are getting a few new faces coming through which is good."
Dave Decarteret, owner of The Dart and Marlin, said he is happy to be opening up the space to the community.
"It's been great to bring life to the space over winter," Mr Decarteret said.
"Outside of the summer months it is a bit of an unused space, so it is good to bring people through."
"At the moment we have three stall holders, but we are going to put a call out for others to join in."
The market runs every Wednesday from 3pm-7pm at The Dart and Marlin on Timor St, Warrnambool.
