Keiron Miller, 25, and Krystal Tippins, 22, both of Churchill Street, appeared in Warrnambool Magistrates Court on Thursday where they made self-represented bail applications.
The couple were arrested at their home after police executed a search warrant about 8.45am on Thursday.
Leading Senior Constable Greg Kew said the pair were inside the rear bedroom of the property during the raid, which uncovered about 0.30 grams of ice, seven prescription tablets Olanzapine, empty deal bags, digital scales and six mobile phones.
He said the couple were not prescribed Olanzapine, which is primarily used to treat schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.
Leading Senior Constable Kew said the mobile phones had evidence of large scale trafficking of methyl amphetamine and cannabis, as well as photographs of Ms Tippins smoking a glass pipe.
He said a full analysis of the mobile phones was yet to be conducted but it appeared the pair were trafficking drugs since at least March 1.
Ms Tippins allegedly told police she was unaware of the drugs being in the house and that Mr Tippins often changed her Facebook password and logged into her account before pretending to be her.
She also told police she had smoked cannabis the night before after purchasing it on tick from someone called Craig. She said she had "a puff of ice" a couple of days prior.
The court heard the pair have been in a relationship for 10 years.
Leading Senior Constable Kew said Ms Tippins had a limited criminal history but police feared she would continue to traffic drugs to support herself if released on bail.
He said Mr Miller had an extensive criminal history and was an unacceptable risk of re-offending.
That history includes driving-related offences and trafficking methyl amphetamine on two occasions.
Magistrate Michael Coghlan said Mr Miller had failed to comply with two community corrections orders and had was wanted on four outstanding warrants.
Those corrections orders have since expired, the court was told.
Mr Coghlan said Mr Miller had failed to show compelling reasons why he should be released on bail and remanded him in custody until May 31.
He adjourned Ms Tippins' bail application and ordered she be assessed for the Court Integrated Service Program. She was remanded in custody and will appear in court again on Friday.
