The men spent Tuesday night in the Warrnambool police cells and will face the city's magistrates court on Wednesday.
Acting Sergeant Ben Timpson said a 26-year-old Terang man and a man from Camperdown were picked up by police on Tuesday afternoon.
The Terang man will face court for a number of charges, including hindering an emergency service worker, exceeding .05 in a roadside breath test, drug possession and contravening a community corrections order.
The Camperdown man failed to appear in court while on bail.
