The Eagles face Warrnambool, Koroit and Port Fairy in their next three encounters following their 12-goal victory over Camperdown on Saturday.
Barr said her side had a tough task ahead and it would need to continue to stick by the game plan to emerge with the wins in all three games.
"We have got Warrnambool next week and they're a new-look side with Amy (Wormald) and Emma (Cust) back," she said.
"What do we take out (of this game) was just our ability to get on top eventually and we just have to stick to the game plan and know we can run it out."
Barr was also pleased with the depth of her side with Victoria Grundy spending most of the game on the bench after recovering from a finger injury suffered during the week.
"It's taken a bit and we are only four games in so it's taken a bit in terms of making sure everybody is on the same game plan," she said.
"I could put one of probably 13 or 14 people on this court and still be really confident they can equip themselves in open netball."
Camperdown coach Brooke Richardson lamented her side's third quarter as the Eagles stormed out to a 10-goal lead at the final break.
"We played three really strong quarters and then we just let them get away in the third," she said.
"They are a really good side and you just can't do that to good sides. Skye (Billings) was on fire with her shooting and didn't miss one and you can't help those things but we have to have four quarters of intense netball."
Richardson is starting to see constant improvement in her side and was pleased it could once again take a positive step forward.
"Looking back on last week's game to today we were able to have a lot more intesenity coming out of the attacking end with our defensive pressure and we caused lots of turnovers," she said.
"It's what we were aiming for and it's a really positive thing."
