The Matthew Williams-trained runner edged out Michael Moroney's Whosyourhousemate by a short neck and the Henry Dwyer-trained Moscow Red by just under a length to claim the Evergreen Turf Neville Wilson Series Final.
"He has won twice here at the carnival and he will go into our celebrity list at home," Williams said of Break And Enter.
"The owners have been very patient as he had a few issues as a younger horse and they were happy to give him time and they can reap the rewards from now."
Williams, who secured his second victory of the carnival thanks to Break And Enter, said the brown gelding could start to feature in longer races after the win.
"He may even be able to go beyond 2000 metres and I don't think it will be a problem as he will stay all day," he said.
"It's good for Brad (Rawiller) also as he has had a good carnival coming off his injuries so its a great result there for a good fella."
Rawiller, who claimed his 35th victory at Warrnambool, said he was pleased with how the Warrnambool-based horse ran and believes he is suited to longer distances.
"I rode him first up and I thought 1400 was always going to be too short," he said.
"But his first up form on paper says that he doesn't ever perform but I was happy with how he was going into that run.
"Today was always going to be a different scenario here at Warrnambool as well as 1700 metres and he jumped away really well and I wasn't expecting him to take up a spot like that, three-wide with no cover.
"It might be hard but he got into a rhythm and Matty said don't just hold up get going early on him and I did that from the 600 and really clicked him up and it wasn't until inside that last 100 that he really got to work to win the race."
