The 2017 Australian Celtic Artist of the Year will perform at the Koroit Theatre on Friday night and on Saturday at 5.15pm.
Committee member Adele MacDonald said she was thrilled that the group was featuring as part of the Koroit Irish Festival program.
She said the incredible act from Newcastle would make its Koroit debut, fresh from playing at the Tamworth Country Music Festival's Golden Fiddle Concert.
"It is the first time they have played in Victoria so don't miss this opportunity, they are something special," she said.
Another legendary Celtic group to feature at the festival that has been entertaining Australian and international crowds for years is The Borderers. Ms MacDonald said the musicians would produce something very special for Koroit at the Irish Singalong at the Koroit Theatre on Friday night.
They will also perform on Saturday on the Village Green and Saturday night at the Koroit Theatre.
After wowing crowds in 2018, the Christine Ayres School of Irish Dancing will return for this year's event. Ms MacDonald said after starring last year, organisers were inundated with calls to bring back the world champion dancers, who will perform on Saturday night at the Koroit Theatre.
"We are thrilled to do just that," she said. "These brilliant dancers are truly world class and it is a delight to have them back."
She said festival favourite and 'Australian queen of Irish music' Maria Forde would return and once again bring her collection of songs and incredible stage presence to the festival - a package that had long made her a Koroit Irish Festival favourite.
Forde will perform at the Koroit Theatre on Saturday at 12.45pm, at Izzy's Restaurant at 2.45pm and with friends at 7.30pm. She will perform at the festival mass at the Infant Jesus Koroit Church on Sunday at 10.30am and at the church at 12pm.
The Session is a new collective, featuring some of the most respected Celtic players under the leadership of Merran Moir. It will take to the stage on Saturday at the Village Green at 2.35pm and at Izzy's Restaurant at 7.30pm.
