This year if you're a Hamilton Kangaroos netballer, you want to leave each game with a Bananas in Pyjamas soft toy.
The teddy is given to the player who personifies the Roos' spirit each Hampden league game.
And it comes with a challenge - B2 must come back with a story to tell and something new.
He's already got a tattoo, just three rounds into the season.
Hamilton Kangaroos coach Kelsey Lewis said the players were embracing the "team token" which was the brainchild of player Jess McCallum.
"That is our team token and goes to a player every week who does the job they've been asked to do or the best player on the court," she said after the Roos' 55-49 win over Portland on Anzac Day.
"They've got to come back by the next story with a story behind them and and something added to them.
"It's just a bit of fun and laughter for the team."
Emily Pertzel was the lucky round three winner.
"Em is very hard on herself and she probably puts too much pressure on herself rather than just going out and playing," Lewis said.
"The last couple of weeks she's been playing consistently but she just puts too much pressure on herself so as soon as she doesn't get a ball, her head might drop for a fraction and then she'll try and get it back up.
"But today she continually worked and continually kept her work rate up.
"To be that annoying person at wing defence, you've got to keep your work rate up or all of a sudden your wing attack will start to run over you and be a playmaker."
Scores were tied at 10 apiece at quarter-time and 22 goals each at half-time.
But the Kangaroos got the edge late in the third term and took a three-goal buffer into the final break.
It proved match-winning. Lewis said the victory was reward for effort.
"I think it's a confidence-booster for the girls. Hopefully now going forward we can continue our momentum," she said.
