The Warriors defeated Merrivale by 39 points on the football field and on the netball court secured a two-goal victory in the Good Friday blockbuster games.
On Saturday the Kangaroos got their first win under new senior coach Peter Timms with an 18-point victory over East Warrnambool, while Thalia Robertson's netball side returned to form against the Bombers.
