Another feature game kicks off mid-week with the Hamilton Kangaroos taking on Portland at Melville Oval on Anzac Day.
Both teams are winless but the Tigers have two points to their name after drawing with North Warrnambool Eagles in round one.
The Eagles and Terang Mortlake will head into battle at Bushfield, while Port Fairy will host Cobden at Gardens Oval and Warrnambool will face Camperdown at Reid Oval on Saturday.
