Ms O'Sullivan, who has a disability, has always wanted to strut her stuff on the catwalk.
She said she was excited when she was asked to be one of the models at a May Races fashion event to be held on Sunday.
Ms O'Sullivan will be joined by fellow model Rob Clarke, who also has a disability, and the pair will showcase the latest clothing styles and colours ahead of next month's three-day race carnival.
Ms O'Sullivan said she loved fashion and keeping up with the latest trends.
She will have four outfit changes, and walk alongside other local faces who are volunteering their time to participate in the Rotary Club of Warrnambool event, which features clothing from Gazman and Daizy Boutique.
Warrnambool Gazman store manager Kelly Curran said she heard of Ms O'Sullivan's dream to be a model and wanted to help make it a reality.
Rotary Club of Warrnambool member Cathy Bligh said the parade was a great social day out and last year's event attracted about 150 people.
Ms Bligh said the annual parade raised money for local, national and international Rotary projects.
It's on at the City Memorial Bowls Club in Cramer Street, Warrnambool at 2pm. Tickets are $20 per person and are available from Gazman and Daizy Boutique or at the door.
